Swimming Lessons

Welcome to RallySport Swimming Lessons! We are looking forward to a new season of swim classes. Our Rally promise is that classes will have consistent and experienced teachers. In order to see marked improvement we recommend coming at least 2 times per week. One time a week is great for maintenance and getting familiar with the water. With the exception of Aquashrimps, child must be at least 3 years of age on day lessons start.

Registration Information:

Registration is open until classes are full.

Summer Session 1: June 1 thru July 10. Closed.

Summer Session 2: July 12 thru August 14. Sign up now

Make-ups:

• Every swimmer is allocated 1 make-up per session based on space availability. You must contact Jackie Dayton to set up a make-up time. Make up sessions must be scheduled during the current session. Unused make up's will not be reimbursed.
• If the pool is closed due to lightening make up sessions will be scheduled on a designated Friday afternoon. You will be notified of the reschedule date as soon as possible.

Refund Policy:

Refunds will not be given later than one week before the first day of lessons.

Explanation of levels:

Aquashrimps: (6months-3years of age) 25 minutes long. Parent(s) or guardian required to participate in class. Learn more about Aquashrimps.
Level I: Very beginner. Will learn how to put face in water, kick and float with assistance.
Level II: Can put face under water. Can easily float with assistance and kick. Will learn to float with out assistance on front and back.
Level III: Must be completely comfortable swimming underwater. Can float on stomach with out assistance and can almost or can float with or with out assistance on back. Will learn to back/front float with kicking 15 ft.
Level IV: Must be able to float completely on own both front and back. Will learn front crawl (no breathing) and backstroke. Will learn how to breath with barbell during front crawl.
Level V: Must be able to swim front crawl with breathing and backstroke with out assistance. Will learn basics of breastroke and dolphin kick.
Level VI: Will learn to swim 25 yards of freestyle, breaststroke, backstroke and beginning introduction to butterfly.
