Heart Rate Training

RallySport is proud to offer heart rate monitored group cycling classes. Utilizing anaerobic threshold as our guide RallySport’s Heart Rate Training Classes provide a training opportunity with the intention of raising an individual’s anaerobic threshold so that more “work” can be completed aerobically. Classes begin with a 20-30 minute warm up, followed by a series of both aerobic and anaerobic intervals. Music is used as both motivation and inspiration and considered a very important part of this training experience.

Group Cycling

RallySport’s Group Cycling experience is based on the training philosophy that sometimes you just need to ride hard and sometimes you don’t. Enjoy this unique training opportunity that allows you enjoy the cardiovascular benefits without the pressure to perform. All levels of fitness will feel comfortable in RallySport’s Group Cycling Classes.
