Tuesday Evening Ride

Ride Leader Varies

1.5 to 2 hours of intermediate level riding that will be a mixture of gently rolling terrain and a little climbing. The ride will start out with a gradual warmup, then pick up into some steady pace-line riding or some tempo climbing. Focus is on riding technique as well as having a good dose of fitness and fun. This is the perfect ride to learn how to work hard and then recover so you don't get dropped.

Wednesday Mid-Morning Ride

9:30 - 11:30 a.m. Difficulty B/C
with Ingrid & Amie

Meet at the "Bustop" on North Broadway at 9:30

Our weekly Intermediate ride will take you over hill and over dale... from some fast flats to shorter intermediate level hills. Join Ingrid & Amie for a fun ride and a great workout every Wednesday.

Thursday Lunchtime Ride

Departs at 12:10 Difficulty A/B
with Jeff Hoobler

Ride time will be 1.5 to 2 hours with a variety of terrain. The ride will NOT be a "Hammerfest" but you need to have experience riding in groups and pacelines and be able to maintain a steady high pace for long periods. Some days may have a specific purpose, i.e., intervals or climbing, although there will always be an option. We will regroup if there are splits but we all have to get back to work. Show up prepared (Spare tube, pump, helmet, water, etc.) Ride departs promptly at 12:10 from in front of RallySport. Contact Jeff Hoobler (jhoobler@rallysportboulder.com) if you have any questions.
