RallySport Performance Golf :
Taking your golf game and health to a whole new level!

RallySport Performance Golf is a group conditioning program based on 11 years of research by the Titleist Performance Institute, which focused on some of the world's best golfers seeing how their body's affect their golf swing.

TPI's research concluded that specific physical limitations/restrictions resulted in very specific swing faults. When these physical restrictions are eliminated through personalized conditioning, the body is free to move in the way the golf swing challenges it to....helping to correct the swing fault. The exercise corrections involve almost everything from the fitness spectrum including Pilates, yoga, strength training, cardio training, agility and motor skill development, and stretching.

Working with a golf pro is crucial to solid fundamentals and specific skills out on the course, but if your body is unable to perform what the golf pro is asking you to do, the swing fault may not be corrected and an injury may result.

Golf Conditioning Session 3 - begins March 5!

Program Overview:
Focus on proper mechanics, golf specific flexibility and muscular endurance. Group setting utilizing the KINESIS system and other training tools.

Events:

Regular Schedule Options: (1 or 2 days per week)
Mon/Weds - 6:45am, 4:30 pm, or 5:45pm
Tue/Thurs - 10:00 a.m., 4:30 pm, or 5:45pm

Specialized Training Group Options:
Mon/Weds: 4:30pm High School & Junior High Training
Tue/Thurs: 10:00am Seniors Training

Program Details:
Small group classes:: 5-10 participants, personalized attention
Session length: 6 weeks
Class length: 1 hour classes, 2x per week

Cost:
2 day per week option: Members: $299, Non-members: $349 (10% OFF for Lake Valley Members)
