Being a Colorado native, Dillon naturally has a love for the outdoors and fully takes advantage of the Colorado lifestyle. After attending both CU Boulder and Mesa State College for Sports and Fitness Management, Dillon always remembered Boulder as that “Special Place.”
Dillon spent the first 6 years of his career in the golf business working as an Assistant Golf Professional and Manager in the Aspen area. Dillon then stepped into the Snowmass Club as Assistant Fitness and Spa Manager where he began to realize his true life’s passion: helping people and golfers from a whole new angle. He decided to move back to Boulder and begin this journey!
Through the research and education provided by the Titleist Performance Institute and The Personal Training Academy Global, Dillon combined his knowledge of the golf swing and business with personal training. Dillon’s passion became improving the lives, fitness, health, and swing of golfers. He realized this is what he strives for; to help people do what they enjoy better for longer and to do it pain free! His philosophy involves training and challenging the mind as much as the body. He strongly believes the more his clients can tackle focusing on the mind/body connection, the more prepared, excited, and confident they will be out on the golf course and in everyday life. Dillon’s interactive, social, and challenging Golf Conditioning Program has allowed many to progress to levels they never have thought possible.
As the Director of Golf and Customer Service, Dillon enjoys being a leader, motivator and helping others improve their lives. Dillon’s top priority is to create a better Health Club and life experience for RallySport members and his clients.

“Golf is one of the most physically intense sports out there….yet is performed by the largest spectrum of athletes. As a golfer we are forced to be balanced, flexible, powerful, strong, stable, consistent……and is required for 5 hours. We can do so much for our game and life, by simply preparing our body and mind for the demands we place on it.” -Dillon Johnson

Being involved in golf from a young age it was only fitting for Nick’s life to follow a path that involved it. Growing up in Colorado undoubtedly causes people to naturally be drawn to the outdoors and Nick was no exception. He played golf during the summers and snowboarded in the winters for his entire childhood before moving to Boulder. He has attended CU Boulder for the last three and half years and will be graduating in May with a degree in Business Finance and Real Estate.
While these majors are not involved directly in personal training, he believes that a business background combined with exercise science certifications brings a unique set of skills into the golf and fitness world. His goals and ambitions are to progress his clients to not only become better golfers but to gain a better quality of life. The Titleist Performance Institute taught Nick the physicality and kinematic sequencing of the golf swing and how to train students to optimize these aspects. Being a state competitive golfer throughout high school gave him the foundation and confidence to begin showing people the benefits of combining fitness and golf. Motivating people to become the best they can be is what keeps him going and he just wants people to feel as strong on the 18th hole as they did on the 1st.
