We offer a variety of classes from Cardio Step to NIA, Group Power to Strength Training, and seasonal classes such as Snow Sport Conditioning too!

Planet Motion's "Strength n' Motion"
Begins Sunday January 8, 10:30-11:30am
Strength n' Motion combines Master Instructors Kendra and Jillian to integrate and implement strength and movement, core conditioning and bone strength.
This eight-week program is perfectly timed for getting your body into kick-butt shape entering into the holiday season! Starting Sunday, Oct 2, 10:30a-11:30a. This group training is fun, innovative and body-changing~from the inside out! Don't miss this unique and extraordinary combination of experience and expertise!
$250/members, $300/non-members.
