We offer a variety of classes from Cardio Step to NIA, Group Power to Strength Training, and seasonal classes such as Snow Sport Conditioning too!

Sunday, June 27 - Group Power Launch
10:30 a.m. -11:30 a.m.
Join us for an "Hour of Power". This class strengthens all your major muscles in an inspiring, motivating environment with fantastic music and awesome instructors. Group Power is for all ages and fitness levels. The "Launch" class is a great opportunity to try Group Power because there will be several instructors available to help you. If you've done class before, you'll enjoy all the new music and maybe some different moves!
