Personal Trainers

Personal training at RallySport is where education meets motivation.

It starts with a world-class professional training staff. As Colorado’s largest personal training gym, RallySport boasts an elite team of experienced and knowledgeable fitness professionals dedicated to helping others achieve optimum wellness.

Equally important, RallySport’s personal training program is client-centric. Our first priority is to match clients with a trainer they feel comfortable with – someone who will address individual needs and be a motivating partner in the push to reach fitness goals.

All trainer-client relationships at RallySport begin with an in-depth review of five key areas:

• Nutrition
• Corrective Strategies for injury or muscle imbalance
• Cardiovascular Conditioning
• Strength Training
• Measures of Success

By gaining a better understanding of a client’s behaviors, strategies and motivations in each of these areas, trainers design customized programs that are both result-oriented and fun.

When you make an investment in personal training, you make an investment in yourself. Let RallySport help put you on the road to optimum wellness. We have personal training packages to fit any budget.

Bio:

I grew up in Madison WI. As a young man I was a multisport athlete participating in everything from football to gymnastics. I have spent my whole life playing team sports and training for those sports. After high school I spent 2 years at Iowa State where I spent sometime playing football. After leaving football and transferring to the University of Minnesota I received a degree in graphic design and have been in that business for the past 19 years.

Moving west. I came to boulder in 1996 and have turned my sports obsession to softball and coaching my son in baseball, football and basketball. My love of sports, fitness and people moved me to pursue a career as a fitness professional. I have a great desire to change the peoples’ lives through fitness. Helping adult feel and stay young, and helping young adult develop a love for fitness or become the best athlete they can be. I believe you best achieve this though Strength training and dynamic movements.

Activities I enjoy: Softball, Golf, Snowboarding, Bowling, watching my son play sports and coaching football.

Bio:

Being involved in golf from a young age it was only fitting for Nick’s life to follow a path that involved it. Growing up in Colorado undoubtedly causes people to naturally be drawn to the outdoors and Nick was no exception. He played golf during the summers and snowboarded in the winters for his entire childhood before moving to Boulder. He has attended CU Boulder for the last three and half years and will be graduating in May with a degree in Business Finance and Real Estate.

While these majors are not involved directly in personal training, he believes that a business background combined with exercise science certifications brings a unique set of skills into the golf and fitness world. His goals and ambitions are to progress his clients to not only become better golfers but to gain a better quality of life. The Titleist Performance Institute taught Nick the physicality and kinematic sequencing of the golf swing and how to train students to optimize these aspects. Being a state competitive golfer throughout high school gave him the foundation and confidence to begin showing people the benefits of combining fitness and golf. Motivating people to become the best they can be is what keeps him going and he just wants people to feel as strong on the 18th hole as they did on the 1st.
