Personal training at RallySport is where education meets motivation.
It starts with a world-class professional training staff. As Colorado’s largest personal training gym, RallySport boasts an elite team of experienced and knowledgeable fitness professionals dedicated to helping others achieve optimum wellness.
Equally important, RallySport’s personal training program is client-centric. Our first priority is to match clients with a trainer they feel comfortable with – someone who will address individual needs and be a motivating partner in the push to reach fitness goals.
All trainer-client relationships at RallySport begin with an in-depth review of five key areas:
• Nutrition
• Corrective Strategies for injury or muscle imbalance
• Cardiovascular Conditioning
• Strength Training
• Measures of Success
By gaining a better understanding of a client’s behaviors, strategies and motivations in each of these areas, trainers design customized programs that are both result-oriented and fun.
When you make an investment in personal training, you make an investment in yourself. Let RallySport help put you on the road to optimum wellness. We have personal training packages to fit any budget.

Being a Colorado native, Dillon naturally has a love for the outdoors and fully takes advantage of the Colorado lifestyle. After attending both CU Boulder and Mesa State College for Sports and Fitness Management, Dillon always remembered Boulder as that “Special Place.”
Dillon spent the first 6 years of his career in the golf business working as an Assistant Golf Professional and Manager in the Aspen area. Dillon then stepped into the Snowmass Club as Assistant Fitness and Spa Manager where he began to realize his true life’s passion: helping people and golfers from a whole new angle. He decided to move back to Boulder and begin this journey!
Through the research and education provided by the Titleist Performance Institute and The Personal Training Academy Global, Dillon combined his knowledge of the golf swing and business with personal training. Dillon’s passion became improving the lives, fitness, health, and swing of golfers. He realized this is what he strives for; to help people do what they enjoy better for longer and to do it pain free! His philosophy involves training and challenging the mind as much as the body. He strongly believes the more his clients can tackle focusing on the mind/body connection, the more prepared, excited, and confident they will be out on the golf course and in everyday life. Dillon’s interactive, social, and challenging Golf Conditioning Program has allowed many to progress to levels they never have thought possible.
As the Director of Golf and Customer Service, Dillon enjoys being a leader, motivator and helping others improve their lives. Dillon’s top priority is to create a better Health Club and life experience for RallySport members and his clients.
Quote:
“Golf is one of the most physically intense sports out there….yet is performed by the largest spectrum of athletes. As a golfer we are forced to be balanced, flexible, powerful, strong, stable, consistent……and is required for 5 hours. We can do so much for our game and life, by simply preparing our body and mind for the demands we place on it.” -Dillon Johnson

As one of RallySport’s NATA Certified Athletic Trainers, Shane not only evaluates
injuries, but also works with individuals in all stages in the course of recovery from injury. With his knowledge, skill, and experience, Shane’s motivation is to help people change their bodies and lives through exercise and wellness.
Shane’s strong commitment to sound nutrition, posture, flexibility, cardiovascular, and strength training instills confidence in his clients and their abilities. He states, “The purpose of training is to stress the body so it adapts and improves. Training should stress the body at an appropriate level or injury can occur. However, the body will not adapt if the stress is insufficient. Optimal training stimulates the body to adapt quickly, with a low risk of injury.”
Shane’s programs increase muscle coordination, athleticism, and functionability to promote an increase in overall physical efficiency. Lea came to Boulder from beautiful Portland, Oregon to pursue her graduate degree in exercise science. She quickly realized that Boulder not only allowed her to explore her intellectual passions, but that it also provided an amazing and nearly unparalleled environment for living an active, healthy lifestyle while enjoying the magnificence of the mountains and nature.
Lea is truly well-rounded as a fitness professional with substantial experience in both the clinical & applied setting and with an extensive background in teaching and coaching. An athlete as well, Lea has competed in many sports including swimming, triathlon, distance running, skiing, gymnastics, water polo, track and field, and as a result she understands what it takes physically, mentally and emotionally to engage in exercise at all levels.
As the mother of a great little boy, she recognizes that there are time constraints in daily life and designs programs that are scientifically sound and effective, yet fun and efficient so they provide a ray of sunshine in even the busiest of schedules. Lea’s clients enjoy her integrative, comprehensive, results-oriented and systematically progressive approach. She incorporates into her programs a strategic combination of cardiovascular training, functional exercise, integrated body movement, traditional strength, core stability, balance, flexibility, nutrition and some sports psychology. As a result of her experience as an athletic trainer, her clients also benefit from her unique ability to work with injury prevention and rehabilitation.
Lea’s athletic drive, compassionate heart and extensive background make her the ideal personal trainer for a wide variety of clients including high level athletes, those brand new to exercise and sport, youths, aging athletes, those looking to lose weight, pre- and post-natal, moms of all ages, and those rehabilitating an injury. Lea has consistently shown the ability to meet people wherever they are in their fitness path and help them get to where they want to be, while understanding and empathizing with the wide range of challenges that people face at all levels.

Joseph comes “home” to Boulder, Colorado, where he played two years of Division I Football at the University of Colorado. Completing his undergraduate degree at Queens College in New York Joseph then went on to pursue a career as a Fitness Professional. He built a strong client base while training at The New York Sport’s Club and then moved on to King’s Point Fitness in Great Neck, New York. It was his desire to live the Colorado lifestyle that brought him back to Boulder and RallySport Health and Fitness Club.
As a science based fitness trainer, it is Joseph’s belief that feeling and seeing results are the main reason people continue to be motivated to work towards optimal health. His strength training philosophy stems from the understanding that a periodized approach to building strength forms the foundation for results. Joseph considers a systematic approach to cardiovascular training imperative when designing programs for his clients. Variation in training and attention to detail make training with Joseph a very athletic and safe personal training experience.
When not with his clients Joseph enjoys Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, backpacking, fishing and football
