Rachel began to develop her interest in fitness at a young age. Through her volleyball scholarship at the University of Massachusetts where she earned her degree in Engligh & History, Rachel devoted much of her time to understanding how to improve her strength, endurance and longevity as an athlete. This knowledge fueled and inspired her pursuit of a career in movement and health. Becoming first a certified aerobics instructor and then a personal trainer, she sought balance and found it in pilates. Rachel studied Stott Pilates with Master Instructor Trainer PJ O’Clair in Boston and continues to travel back East to improve her skills and instruction.
Rachel’s sessions focus on strength, length and form combined with postural and muscular reconditioning. Rachel brings a high degree of body awareness to her teaching, and her clients love and appreciate her special brand of enthusiasm and humor. “I firmly believe that pilates can benefit every body to look and feel better, so my focus is on making it accessible, measurable, and fun for all ages and fitness levels.”
After completing her Masters degree in Public Relations & Marketing at Boston University, Rachel moved from Boston to Boulder in 2002 to escape the concrete jungle and embrace all the sunshine, mountains, and action-packed adventures Colorado has to offer. When
she’s not teaching Pilates, Rachel loves snowboarding, biking and trail running.

Kristine comes to Pilates from a dancing background. She attended The University of Montana in Missoula where she completed her B.F.A. in choreography and performance in 2005. Through her study of modern dance, she was intrigued by the power of moving her body through space in an efficient way. It was at this time that she was exposed to Pilates by her ballet teacher. Through the Pilates exercises, she found a new awareness in her body, which she applied to her dancing. She continued to practice the Pilates for two years and was a teaching assistant for the class. With her new found appreciation for Pilates, she enrolled in The Pilates Center Teacher Training Program here in Boulder, which she completed in July. Kristine is excited to bring the Pilates Method to all types of people and to share with them the wonderful benefits of a balanced body and mind.

Skye is thrilled to be helping people find greater strength and ease through teaching Pilates. A dancer from an early age, she was introduced to Pilates to aid in easing chronic pain from dancing. She was delighted to discover that not only did Pilates alleviate the pain she had, but that it also provided an environment to examine why pain occurred and therefore prevent it. She found that the changes Pilates created were long-lasting and invaluable.
After studying dance at Colorado Ballet and Ballet Society of Colorado Springs, she attended and graduated from Interlochen Arts Academy in Michigan, continuing to practice Pilates regularly. Upon returning to Colorado, she began her training at The Pilates Center so she could be a part of creating positive change in others’ lives.

Megan Keith grew up in Costa Mesa, California and spent her free time hiking, skiing, and rock climbing. After studying in Nepal and Zimbabwe, she graduated from Scripps College in 1996 with a B.A. in anthropology. She worked for a health care organization in Kathmandu, Nepal, worked as a ski patroller and river guide in Santa Fe, New Mexico, and managed the e-commerce website for a local mountaineering business in Aspen, Colorado.
During three years of sitting at a desk, Megan began taking Pilates classes two to three times a week thanks to the inspiration of her mom and grandmother who were practicing Pilates in California. Megan sits, stands, and walks taller. She strongly believes in the physical, mental, and emotional benefits of a regular Pilates practice. In September of 2008, she graduated from the Pilates Center Teacher Training Program in Boulder, Colorado.
