Kick Box Training

Whether you have experience in the martial arts or not this workout opportunity allows for a full body conditioning using the elements emphasized in martial arts training. Although music is used for motivation it is not included in movement patterns allowing those of us with less than stellar rhythm to enjoy a workout in a group setting that feels more like a training session than an aerobics class. Enjoy a challenging training session that is designed to build confidence, cardiovascular endurance and strength, muscular endurance and speed.
