  • Tuesday, July 20 - RallySport Cup Round 3!
    Tee times begin at Noon. - Indian Peaks Golf Club
    Join us for Round 3 of the 3rd Annual RallySport Cup.  Similar to the FedEx Cup, point values and prizes will be awarded over 4 rounds throughout the summer and our final cup winner will be determined after the 4th round.  These outings are all about having a blast with a great group of people.  Feel free to play in 1 or all 4 events.  RSVP to Dillon Johnson by Monday July 12th
  • Wednesday, July 21 - Free Golf Fitness Class
    5:30 p.m.
    Join the evolution of golf with our golf fitness challenge! We'll learn great ways to improve your golf game and health so we are all ready to hit the course all season long. Dillon Johnson, Personal Trainer and Titleist Performance Institute Certified Golf Fitness Instructor, will be hosting a Free Outdoor Golf Fitness Training Class! Learn some great exercises, body movements, and motor skill drills that you can add to your daily workout routine to set you up for success this golf season. What does it take to be conditioned for the game of golf? What exercises can I do at home or in the gym to help improve my golf game? What are my swing limitations and restrictions and how can I correct them? How can I avoid running into pain during and after a golf round? How can I play strong and feel great through all 18 holes? How can I feel ready to play ALL season long?
    Come join us to see how you can approach your golf game from a whole new angle, and improve other aspects of your life in the process!

  • Wednesday, July 28 - Golf Clinic
    5:30 p.m., Lake Valley Golf Club • Cost: $20 (drinks and apps included)
    Join us for a relaxing evening out on the range with Golf Pros Jim Phillips and Vance Pollock. Let's work on several aspects of your game, both short and long game, and top off the evening with beer, wine, and appetizers out on their clubhouse deck. Space is Limited.   • Friday, July 30- Open Water Swim Clinic
    11:00 a.m., with triathlete Eney Jones & Christine Jennings
    We will work on breathing, positioning, relaxing and truly enjoying the experience.
  • Saturday, July 31- Ride for Humanity
    11:00 a.m. (1.5-2 hours)
    We will have two rides, which will start and finish at RallySport. There will be a bike tune up tent on site at 10:00 a.m. to get you set up before you start the ride! Food and beverages after the ride (around 12:45 PM) on the pool deck. Join us on this ride or bring an old bike to donate. $15 donation per rider.

  • Monday, August 2 - Golf Conditioning Begins
  • Friday, August 6 - Nordic Walking Workshop
    2:00-4:00pm, with Annette
    Learn how to  burn calories faster, strengthen your whole body, reduce stress on joints, improve your posture and enjoy the outdoors. Learn a variety of walking drills, exercises and stretches using the poles. Includes a handout with information to implement on your own. Pole rental included.
  • Saturday, August 7 - Yoga 101
    3:00-4:30 p.m.
  • Saturday, August 14 - Up in Arms, Finding your balance
    2:00-4:00pm, with Deborah Fryer
    Arm balances develop core strength, increase your flexibility, keep your bones healthy since they are weight-bearing, and sharpen your mind. They are also a great way to shift perspective, confront fear, and open subconscious blocks that are holding you back. In this fun and challenging workshop, you'll develop your confidence, strength, flexibility, and balance as you learn to move in all directions with grace and ease.

    Join us for the FINAL ROUND of the 3rd Annual RallySport Cup.  It’s time to crown our 2010 RallySport Cup Champion!  Who will take the title this year? Similar to the FedEx Cup, point values and prizes will be awarded over 4 rounds throughout the summer and our final cup winner will be determined by this FINAL ROUND.  These outings are all about having a blast with a great group of people.  Feel free to play in 1 or all 4 events.
