Class Overview:
The spring golf season is almost here! Let's learn some great ways to improve your golf game and health so we are all ready to hit the course! RallySport will be hosting a Free Golf Fitness Training Class! Learn some great exercises, body movements, and motor skill drills that you can add to your daily workout routine to set you up for success in the 2010 golf season!
- What exercises can I do at home or in the gym to help improve my golf game?
- What are my swing limitations and restrictions and how can I correct them?
- How can I play strong and feel great through all 18 holes?
Come join us to see how you can approach your golf game from a whole new angle, and improve other aspects of your life in the process! :)
We will be moving around a bit ....so be sure to dress comfortably.
You will also leave with an outline of the golf specific exercises including photos and exercise descriptions.
