Special Programs

RallySport Special Programs feature sport specific training with a certified trainer who specializes in that field. These programs are created and constantly updated to offer unique conditioning for the individual in a group setting. The classes are smaller and are in a controlled environment to give each participant the support they need to assure progress and success in attaining their goals.

These are available over and above the numerous classes on RallySports' varied schedule which are included as part of your membership. Since these classes are smaller and have a more detailed focus there is a charge per class (see the specific information for each program).
