Class Schedule
Monday Morning Run: 7:30am (meet at the Wonderland Lake Trail head)
Tuesday Morning Group Class: 7:30am (Indoor Soccer Facility)
Wednesday Night Swim: 7:30pm (in Outdoor pool)
Thursday Night Group Class: 7:30pm (Third Floor Rally)
Friday Night Run: 5:30pm (Wonderland Lake Trail Head)
Running Groups
Build cardiovascular endurance while in a fun team environment! Groups meet every Monday morning and Friday evening at the Wonder Lake trail head.
Group Classes
Designed to burn fat and build muscle! Break through your fitness plateau with ever changing workouts. We will help you reach new fitness levels with our dual instructors. Candidates are guaranteed to gain confidence and have fun.
Swim Classes
The swim classes are open to all levels. It is an introduction to military/combat dive courses.
Flexibility
Six week program includes up to 30 total sessions; you choose which sessions you attend – up to FIVE days a week!
