About RallySport Weightlifting Club
RallySport weightlifting club is a great way to enhance performance using the Olympic lifts, crossfit techniques, kettlebells and other implements. We emphasize standing, compound, multi-joint, free-weight based movements in a variety of applications. Members will study Olympic-style lifting technique in a controlled, positive environment with an emphasis on body position, movement patterns, movement variations, progressions, and periodizations.
Anyone interested in improving athleticism by improving strength, speed, flexibility, timing, agility and power will benefit from this style of training. We train athletes to become better Olympic Weightlifters as well as make football players, volleyball athletes, basketball players and any athlete for that matter more explosive and powerful in their respective sport.

Master the Art of Weightlifting

Perform Crossfit-style or Olympic-style workouts of the day
- Train in Court Three, a registered USAW training site
- Competition training available

- Olympic platform with Ivanko bumper plates and Ivanko Olympic training bar
- Power rack (fully adjustable) with pullup and dip capabilities
- Texas power bars and over 600 lbs. of weight
- Kettlebells (8-70 lbs.)
- Plyo Boxes (12” – 36”)
- Dumbells
- Medicine Balls
