RallySport offers many different styles of yoga, ranging from Gentle and Restorative Yoga to Anusara and Advanced Juicy Yoga. Each teacher is certified and will be able to offer modifications to your specific needs.

Yoga 101: Introduction to Yoga

First Saturday of each month
3:00 - 4:30 p.m.

Ever feel like a wound up spring ready to snap? Perhaps you have thought yoga might be of benefit but are concerned about stepping into an ongoing class. This introduction to yoga will present some basics of yoga in a safe environment. It will cover the general structure of a class, the breath, use of props, and explore the different categories of yoga poses. With a limited class size, there will be opportunity to discuss how to work with your physical concerns and answer any other questions. Class will be in the Yoga room on the first floor at RallySport and is free to all RallySport members.

UP IN ARMS: Finding Your Balance with Deborah Fryer
Saturday, August 14, 2:00-4:00pm

Arm balances develop core strength, increase your flexibility, keep your bones healthy since they are weight-bearing, and sharpen your mind. They are also a great way to shift perspective, confront fear, and open subconscious blocks that are holding you back. In this fun and challenging workshop, you'll develop your confidence, strength, flexibility, and balance as you learn to move in all directions with grace and ease.

$20 per person for RallySport members, $30 non-members (includes an additional $10 for non-members daily club fee)
