RallySport offers many different styles of yoga, ranging from Gentle and Restorative Yoga to Anusara and Advanced Juicy Yoga. Each teacher is certified and will be able to offer modifications to your specific needs.

To Enter:
• Pick up a "Sunrise Yoga, Anytime Pilates" card at the front desk or in class.
• Each time you take an eligible pilates mat or yoga class have the instructor initial your card.
• When you have 3 initials - turn the card in to the Front Desk and receive your free Pilates Reformer Class Coupon.

Yoga 101: Introduction to Yoga

First Saturday of each month
3:00 - 4:30 p.m.

Ever feel like a wound up spring ready to snap? Perhaps you have thought yoga might be of benefit but are concerned about stepping into an ongoing class. This introduction to yoga will present some basics of yoga in a safe environment. It will cover the general structure of a class, the breath, use of props, and explore the different categories of yoga poses. With a limited class size, there will be opportunity to discuss how to work with your physical concerns and answer any other questions. Class will be offered the first Saturday of each month. It will be in the Yoga room on the first floor at RallySport and is free to all RallySport members.

Yoga Seminars:

Yoga for a Healthy Low Back, with Cindy Lusk
Saturday. Mar 27, 2:30-5:00 pm

Do you have an issue with your low back and are not sure how to work your yoga poses? Using Anusara Yoga’s Principles of Alignment, this workshop will elaborate the actions that safely align your low back in a variety of postures, including forward bends, backbends, and twists. Workshop designed for continuing yoga students of all levels (minimum two months regular practice).

$20 for RallySport members, $30 non-members (includes an additional $10 for non-members daily club fee)

Happy Hips with Deborah Fryer
Saturday, April 24, 3-5 pm

The focal point of this class is the hips, which are one of the key focal points in the body. The hips connect us from top to bottom, front to back, right to left. Flexibility in the hips means freedom in the body. If you love to jump, bend, twist, skip, run, cycle, swim and dance, then this class is for you! Happy hips are hip!
