
Classes for Kids
Each day, your children are invited to join us at these classes. Many of these classes also coincide with a fitness class for adults – so you can drop them off and take some time for yourself…maybe sit in the sauna, read a chapter or two by the pool, or just enjoy a meal at the café while your children get to move, play, meet other kids and have fun!
Kids Dance
RallySport Kids Dance is designed to help expand children's range of motion, articulation, and locomotion as they learn how to put movements together, solve simple movement problems, and come to understand dance making can be about the expressions of feelings or ideas. They increase their knowledge of spatial concepts (line, path, level, and focus) and explore energy concepts. In addition to the learning aspects, Kids Dance is also a time to express freedom in expression and to have a great time.

Kids Yoga
Come join us for a fun, experimental yoga journey. From trees of the blowing boulder plains..... to cats and dogs.....we walk the yogic path in a playful, experiment of body, sound, and form. Parents welcome!

Kids Music
RallySport Kids Music is a singing, laughing, giggling, jiggling, clapping, dancing, bouncing, fun-filled, music and movement experience for infants and children to age seven. RallySport Kids Music class helps to bring out a child's natural curiosity about music in a playful, encouraging class environment.

Fit Kids Jr: For kids ages 3-7
Learn the 5 Key Components of Athleticism: Speed, Power, Agility, Reaction, Quickness. Designed to have fun while improving performance for their favorite sports: Soccer, Skiing, Football, Basketball, Volleyball, Skateboarding, Dance, Swimming, and more!
