S.P.A.R.Q. Sports Camps

Every coach wants his or her athletes to be bigger, faster and stronger. Jeff Hoobler’s SPARQ program at RallySport is designed to help young athletes of all sports develop the skills and abilities that will give them a head start on the next season.

Our goal is to help athletes achieve their goals by teaching them the skills that they need to succeed in a competitive atmosphere. The first priority is to keep them safe and teach them proper mechanics and body awareness, because an injured athlete can’t train. We build upon that by practicing foundational strength movements to ensure strong hips and torso.

We also teach kids how to move quickly and be in control of their bodies. Speed is very important, but so is accuracy. So, our focus is not only on developing power and speed, but also, quickness and agility at “game speed”. Using a variety of drills, plyometrics and Olympic lifts we help kids develop the “snap” that will put them in the right place at the right time.

Four Intensive 2-Week Sessions throughout the Summer • $175 per session

Monday thru Wednesday from 8:00 -9:00 a.m.
Session 1: May 31-June 11
Session 2: June 14- June 26
Session 3: July 12- July 23
Session 4: July 26-August 6
