Your diet is the foundation for everything you do. At Rally Sport we offer face to face interaction with our dietitian and nutrition specialist Breeze Holicky. Breeze works with you to develop a customized nutrition plan from the ground up built just for you. Whether you are seeking weight loss/maintenance, a healthier diet, a new diet structure do to food allergies or seeking high performance nutrition as an athlete Breeze will be able to customize a plan for you.

Cooking Classes for the Whole Family
Our cooking class series was designed to address the needs and wants of all our members. Cooking and food prep is such a large part of our life and yet most recent studies have observed that for the first time in US history money spent on eating out has surpassed money spent on groceries. With your health, money, time and well-being on the line we have designed a series of cooking classes that fit you and your family’s needs.

All members and guests are welcome to attend our free nutrition education sessions. Each month we will cover a different nutrition topic. About Nutritionist Breeze Holicky, MS, RD
Breeze (Brown) Holicky received her Masters degree in Food Science and Human Nutrition from Colorado State University and went on to become a registered dietitian. Breeze, has a wide variety of experience working in weight loss and bariatric surgery centers, food service, high performance athletic nutrition, food allergy maintenance, child and adolescent nutrition and culinary services. Breeze’s passion for nutrition has led her to create a line of healthy snack products (Breeze Bars) and develop the Rally Sport Cooking class series offered right here in our own RallySport café.
Breeze is a mother, wife and avid cyclist. Racing for the EVOL elite cycling team Breeze spends much of her free time exploring the outdoors on her bike, teaching cycling classes and racing cyclocross in the fall/winter.
