Women’s Group Workout
This women’s workout group is tailored for ladies 40’s & beyond. During this time it’s more important than ever to foster strength, stability, bone density, health and well being. Join our dynamic group once or twice per week for circuit training incorporating strength, balance, core training, stability, and coordination. In this safe, knowledgeable, and supportive environment created by fitness trainer Dawna Graham, you will get stronger, prevent injury and gain confidence. All the exercises can be safely modified to challenge you at your level.

The progress I have made in my overall fitness, strength, flexibility, balance and endurance since joining the Women’s Workout Group is amazing. Dawna is able to adapt exercises for those recovering from past injuries. She provides feedback throughout the class which has been particularly helpful to me in my quest to get to the next fitness level. I’ve benefitted tremendously from working out with Dawna. The functional-based exercises she designs have enabled me to improve my overall strength and fitness. In addition, the workouts helped me discover that I was “protecting” one part of my back due to a past injury.
