Kinesis at RallySport
Designed with real life situations in mind, Kinesis utilizes a unique 3-dimensional cable system which allows freedom of movement in all directions creating resistance-based exercises to build stability, flexibility and strength. Our award winning personal training staff and small group settings allow for individualized attention, so that everyone from beginners to elite athletes can benefit from Kinesis safely and effectively.
Pilates at RallySport
Mat Classes are free with your membership. You can just show up for these classes and tell the instructor if it’s your first time so they can help you with any necessary modifications or direction.
Classes are limited to 5 participants. To attend, please sign up at the front desk in advance. ($10-15/class)
Classes are usually 2-5 people in a regular group with one instructor. Contact the instructor directly for pricing and availability.
Private instruction is also available. Contact each individual instructor for pricing and scheduling.

RallySport Performance Golf group conditioning program is based on research by the Titleist Performance Institute. TPI concluded that physical restrictions result in specific swing faults. Working with a golf pro is crucial to solid skills out on the course, but if your body is unable to perform what the golf pro is asking you to do, the swing fault may not be corrected and an injury may result.
When physical restrictions are eliminated through personalized conditioning, the body is free to move in the way the golf swing challenges it to… improving your swing, and your game. Our exercises involve the entire fitness spectrum including: Pilates, yoga, strength, cardiovascular training, agility, motor skill development, and stretching.

In this Small Group Personal Training taught by Gina Collins, you will learn exercises to increase Core Activation, Mobility, and Strength! Each week you’ll also receive an email of the workout so you can do it again on your own if you choose. Group size is limited to 10 people.

Join our dynamic group of Ladies and experience the power of a group training environment, the camaraderie that comes from pursuing a common goal, and the personal growth that comes from taking on challenge!
We use a circuit training style of workout where you will build strength, stability, bone density, health and well being. In this safe, knowledgeable, and supportive environment created by fitness trainer Dawna Graham, you will get stronger, prevent injury and gain confidence. All the exercises can be safely modified to challenge you at your level.

The progress I have made in my overall fitness, strength, flexibility, balance and endurance since joining the Women’s Workout Group is amazing. Dawna is able to adapt exercises for those recovering from past injuries. She provides feedback throughout the class which has been particularly helpful to me in my quest to get to the next fitness level. Backed by the research of the Titleist Performance Institute, we have developed a thorough Juniors training program; Designed to help benefit golf, basketball, baseball, tennis, soccer, hockey, etc. We build an “Athlete 1st”, so they can specialize later!
Capitalize on your childs’ “window of opportunity”
Early sports specialization is one of the biggest mistakes made with children today. Parents often think that if a child simply focuses on nothing but “Sport X” they will get ahead of their peers and be destined for greatness.
Research shows that early specialization leads to overuse injuries, body imbalances, incomplete motor skill development, and burnout resulting in a child losing interest. Most top athletes spent their childhood developing the skills of many sports and did not specialize until their teenage years or later.
At each stage development there are very specific “windows of opportunity”. Ex: from ages 6-9 children are in one of their “speed windows” and should be performing speed and power motions regularly. Skills learned at this time will stay with them through their athletic career and life, however If missed, they will not have the opportunity to go back and take advantage of it.

Learning how to walk with poles improves your posture, balance, strength and flexibility. The class will introduce you to the poles, different techniques, exercises you can do with them and great stretches. All techniques can be modified for individual needs.
