Strength Class with Gina

- Do you want a strength workout that you can do on your own but are intimidated by the weight room?
In this Small Group Personal Training, you will learn exercises to increase Core Activation, Mobility, and Strength! Each week you’ll also receive an email of the workout so you can do it again on your own if you choose. Group size is limited to 10 people.
